Cembrit Ltd. to centralise customer services

Cembrit acknowledges that recent changes to its depot structure and staffing may have negatively affected service levels. Cembrit is committed to improving its customer service. On 2nd July Cembrit appointed Stephanie Line as Customer Service Manager. She will assume full responsibility for all customer services activities and will report direct to Managing Director, Thomas Heldgaard. Cembrit will also take steps to consolidate the entire Customer Service function into one location (its Reading office). This process will commence immediately and is expected to be concluded during quarter 3 2018.
