Located just off Junction 35 of the M4 in Pencoed, Bocam Park is a 30-acre mixed use development including a 12-acre business park office project. Built by Carter Lauren Construction Ltd, Bocam is only half an hour away from both Swansea and Cardiff. The Blue-Black Jutland slates were used on three office blocks in Bocam Park to ensure that a traditional slate roof appearance combined well with modern performance standards.

Jutland slates are compatible with the most common building materials and are available in a variety of colours and sizes.
